Youth Sports-School Age Enrichment
Pay rate: $17.87-$24/hour (based on experience)
This position is part-time.
Availability to work Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:00am-1:30pm required.
Minimum 18 years of age.

Our Youth Sports staff support a safe, inclusive and active playground environment by leading structured sports and recreational games during recess at schools within Sonoma County.
Successful candidates for this position possess the following skills-
- Passion for working with youth.
- Supportive of diversity and inclusion in all interactions.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.
Minimum Qualifications-
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience working with children in a classroom, recreation or camp setting.
- Knowledge of basic rules and techniques of common schoolyard sports.
- Fingerprint clearance from both Department of Justice (DOJ) & FBI, which includes sex offender screening.
Preferred Qualifications-
- CPR/First Aid certification (or the ability to be certified within the first 60 days of hire)
- Language skills in Spanish.
