Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Benefits Administrative Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in California. In this role, the selected candidate will be a vital part of the operations, ensuring seamless processes and offering invaluable support to account managers and client employees. This position requires a proactive individual who is ready to become a key player in delivering exceptional service and maintaining smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Call Concierge: Serve as the cheerful first impression of the agency by greeting callers with upbeat energy, fielding questions, and connecting them to the right person with a smile, even over the phone.
- Data Whisperer: Maintain accurate records in the internal systems, including client information and policy updates.
- Document Dynamo: Assist in preparing and organizing client-facing documents, proposals, and benefit plan materials with precision and flair.
- Employee Advocate: Work directly with employees and their family members to answer questions regarding benefits, acting as a liaison between insurance carriers and providers.
- Enrollment Expert: Ensure enrollments are submitted to insurance carriers in a timely manner and that employees are enrolled in their desired plans.
- Team Supporter: Be the go-to person for day-to-day administrative needs, providing support that colleagues can rely on.
Qualifications

Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
Benefits
The position offers a competitive pay range of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
