What you will do:

• Maintain cleanliness across warehouse, offices, counter areas, restrooms, and breakrooms.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dust control for industrial and office environments.
• Support warehouse operations by keeping aisles clear, removing debris, and managing disposal of packaging materials.
• Clean lighting fixtures and replace bulbs (non‑electrical work only).
• Conduct routine safety and facility checks including spill cleanup, hazard identification, and emergency exit inspections.
• Assist with minor repairs and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.
• Maintain exterior entryways, loading docks, and surrounding areas.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and breakrooms.

What you will bring:

• 1+ years of janitorial or facilities experience in warehouse or industrial environments.
• Electrical distribution or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong understanding of safety practices including PPE, chemical handling, and slip/trip prevention.
• High School diploma or GED; or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Use of PPE as required.
• Mix of warehouse and office environments.
• Required to operate various forklifts to perform duties.

Location:

San Leandro, CA

Work hours:

8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Salary Range

This is a non-exempt position and pays between $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
