• Base Pay: $16.90/hour.
• Total Earning Opportunity: With tips and cutting bonuses, stylists can earn competitive pay ($20–$30+/hour or more) based on performance, experience, and guest volume - in line with or above many local salons.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,000.
  Pay Options: Choose daily pay or weekly pay (every Friday).

Actual earnings vary by hours worked, individual performance, and client demand.
