Job Description and Duties

Anticipated Interview Dates: We anticipate holding in-person interviews beginning September 2, 2025.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

We’re looking for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) who can contribute to the high impact work we do to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

The Enterprise Engagement team is responsible for the administration of CalPERS Employee Engagement, Employee Wellness and Employee Recognition Programs. The new team member will oversee the administration of a highly visible Employee Engagement program, which includes managing employee lifecycle surveys, analyzing data, and presenting insights and strategies to improve engagement. They will also collaborate with leaders to review results, develop action plans, and lead the creation and implementation of initiatives to address survey results.

Statement of Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position.
