Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Marketing / Growth to build and scale our brand and demand engine from the ground up. You will define our voice, craft our story across digital channels, and translate technical innovation into human-centered narratives. This is a 0-to-1 role for a strategist who loves to execute.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy & Execution: Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns (email, web, social) to drive awareness and platform adoption.
• Content Leadership: Own the content strategy—from thought leadership and case studies to video and community initiatives—ensuring a consistent, authentic brand voice.
• Growth Hacking: Develop and optimize SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and paid search strategies to maximize ROI.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with founders and engineering to align messaging with product launches and customer success stories.
• Full-Stack Management: Build the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Webflow, etc.) and create analytics dashboards to track campaign performance.
• Social Dominance: Stay ahead of trends on LinkedIn, X, and other platforms to maximize organic traction.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 5–10 years in marketing, with 4–6+ years specifically building and leading functions from scratch in a startup environment.
• Full-Stack: Deep expertise across the entire funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion.
• Industry Savvy: Proven track record in B2B sectors like Fintech, Compliance, Security Tech, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Narrative-Driven: You have a natural intuition for storytelling and can make complex technical products feel accessible.
• Hands-On: You are a leader who is still excited to be an Individual Contributor (IC) while you build your team.
• Location: You are excited to collaborate in-person 5 days a week in a beautiful office in the San Francisco Mission District.
