Job Details

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing counsel for family law matters, drafting legal documents, conducting comprehensive legal research, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The role requires close collaboration with clients, outside consultants, and the internal team to deliver the highest standard of legal service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Strong expertise in law with specific knowledge of family law.
• Proficiency in conducting in-depth research and preparing legal arguments and briefs.
• Outstanding ability to offer practical and strategic legal advice tailored to client needs.
• Strong negotiation skills to broker agreements and resolve disputes effectively.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills for handling complex cases.
• Ability to represent clients passionately and compassionately in various legal settings.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
