About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior PLM Developer with strong AI/GenAI experience to design and build intelligent workflows for PLM applications in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on automation, integration, and AI-driven optimization of engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven agents and workflows for PLM systems
- Automate processes such as Parts Classification, Parts Approvals, and CAD/PLM integrations
- Work with Siemens Teamcenter and related enterprise systems
- Build and deploy GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for workflow automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and manufacturing
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
Qualifications
- Strong experience with PLM platforms (preferably Siemens Teamcenter)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or GenAI-based development
- Experience in manufacturing/PLM workflow automation
- Knowledge of CAD/PLM integrations
- Strong programming skills (Python, APIs, backend systems)
- Understanding of agentic AI, LLMs, or automation frameworks
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Exposure to Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing initiatives preferred
