Production Operator Day Shift

Operator -- Entry Level, need to work under the microscope, great hand/eye coordination a must.

Morgan Hill, CA

Day Shift 6:30am-3pm Pay rate: $22.00

Swing Shift: 2:30pm-11pm Pay rate: $24.20

Temp to Hire positions available.

Requires background + drug test

Must be able to work Overtime hours (coming in early at 4:30AM) and work on some Saturdays.

Main Responsibility:

Operates Assembly and Test Equipment used in the Backend Assembly of Semiconductor components.

Specific Responsibilities:

Die Attach ,Wire Bonding, Sealing, Laser Marking, RF-Testing ,Packaging and Tape & Reel

Loading /Unloading Equipment

Operate/Run Production Equipment

Microscope inspection

Lifting <= 10lbs

Enter Data in Database system

Die Attach: Experience in Die Attach / Datacon Equipment preferred

Bonding : Experience in Wire Bonding / H&K Equipment preferred

RF Testing: Experience in Testing of IC’s / Automatic and/or Manual Testing

All other operations: Experience Production Assembly preferred

The operator will work on a class 10k cleanroom environment (at times).

Experience/Qualifying Skills:

1 year experience in Assembly preferred (not required)

Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment. Willing to work any shift and overtime as required.

Computer experience/operation necessary.

High School Graduate
