• Achieve : Efficiently attain production goals when accepting, sorting, pricing and selling donated goods. Work multiple workstations to support the business, including donation door, textiles, wares, and sales floor. • Support : Responsible for supporting colleagues and the transportation team on site, maintaining the work environment in a clean and orderly fashion, and adhering to all GIRE safety and personnel policies. • Communicate : Greet donors and customers with exceptional customer service. Ensure the safety of your environment through proper training, and communication with your team and with appropriate staff members from other parts of the organization. To Be Successful You Will Have
• Willingness to learn
• The ability to maintain productivity and work with a sense of accomplishment and urgency
• Proven ability to speak, read, write in English and count
• Ability to take direction and work independently or with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina to perform tasks for full work shift
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service In Return You Can Expect

o $17.97 / hour
