About the Role Our client, a growing brand in the food & beverage space, is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to support both corporate hiring and store leadership recruitment. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting. You’ll work closely with Operations, HR, and District Managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Corporate Recruiting Source and recruit for corporate and support office roles Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking Screen candidates and coordinate interviews Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process Store Manager Recruiting (Primary Focus) Own the full hiring process for Store Manager roles Build pipelines across CA, NV, and AZ Source through hospitality/QSR channels and industry groups Conduct initial screens and manage a structured interview process Partner with District Managers and Operations on candidate selection Maintain a strong bench of candidates in key markets (Phoenix, Las Vegas) Internal Talent Identify and support internal candidates ready for promotion Partner with Training and Operations on development pipelines Offers & Onboarding Assist with offer creation and negotiation Support a smooth transition from offer to onboarding Employer Branding & Experience Represent the company’s culture to all candidates Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience Help support social and employer branding efforts Reporting Track pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics Use data to adjust sourcing strategies Qualifications 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience in hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring preferred Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once Strong communication skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
