Job Summary

A manufacturing organization in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Human Resource Admin for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive HR professional with experience supporting workplace injury procedures, workers' compensation documentation, compliance tracking, and general administrative functions.

The Human Resource Admin will play an important role in keeping HR processes, company records, licenses, permits, and certifications organized and up to date. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate workplace injury procedures, including workers' compensation claim support, documentation, and follow-up.
- Track company licenses, permits, certifications, and renewals to help maintain compliance.
- Support HR administrative processes, employee records, compliance files, and related documentation.
- Assist with bookkeeping, office administration, filing, reporting, and general business support tasks.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure deadlines, renewals, and required documentation are completed on time.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $45,000 to $52,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Occasional overtime as needed.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate workers' compensation claims and maintain required workplace injury documentation.
- Track licenses, permits, and certifications to ensure timely renewals and ongoing compliance.
- Support HR administration, employee records, bookkeeping, and general office operations.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant human resources or administrative experience.
- Experience handling workplace injuries and understanding proper accident reporting procedures.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation coordination and related documentation requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track deadlines, renewals, records, and compliance items.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to support both HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and outside contacts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous HR administrative experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environment.
- Experience maintaining compliance records, permits, business licenses, or certification tracking systems.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
- Familiarity with HR files, employee documentation, safety records, and confidential recordkeeping.
