Operator I - Manufacturing
Location: Temecula, CA 92591
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $19.25/hour
- 2nd Shift: $21.18/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift - Monday-Friday - 5:00 AM-1:30 PM or 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
2nd Shift - Monday-Friday - 2:00 PM-10:30 PM or 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
NOW Hiring Manufacturing Operators!
We're looking for dependable individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Temecula. Previous manufacturing experience is required, but medical device experience is not necessary—we're happy to train the right candidates!
Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect small components
- Work with microscopes to inspect products
- Follow written work instructions and procedures
- Use basic hand tools
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Work in a clean manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience required
- Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working with microscopes
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable work history with good job stability
- Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods during the shift
- Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and education verification upon hire
