Position Overview:
This role encompasses various responsibilities, including daily landscape maintenance, site clean-up, new landscape plantings, assisting with facilities maintenance, logistic support both on and off-site, and priority care of art preservation and artwork landscape care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform satisfactorily each duty described above. • Perform daily landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, and irrigation system repair to ensure the grounds are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
• Conduct site clean-up activities, including debris removal, sweeping, and power washing, to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with the execution of new landscape plantings, including soil preparation, planting, and watering, per approved design plans and specifications, provided by the Director, Estate Facilities.
• Support facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, painting, and equipment maintenance, to ensure proper functioning and appearance across the property.
• Provide logistic support for events and activities on and off-site, including set-up, breakdown, and transportation of materials and equipment.
• Prioritize care and preservation of art installations and other delicate features within the landscape, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure their longevity and integrity.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Working outside- weather conditions vary during the year.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Frequently sits, stands, and walks.
• Frequently twists/turns, bends, kneels, and reaches overhead.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift

Work Location:
• On-site at The Donum Estate, Sonoma, CA

Salary Range:
• Range $18 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
