Custodial Job Description
We are a janitorial company with Government and Federal contracts within the US. This Job is based at a large government facility in Aberdeen, MD.
We are looking for a male that should be able to perform the following
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Floor strip/wax/scrub/buff
· Wet mopping, sweeping, dust mopping, scraping, dusting, whipping, vacuuming
· Blind cleaning
· Carpet extracting/Bonneting.
· Interior and Exterior window cleaning.
· Cleaning of Air vents and lighting diffusers
· Using of various floor machines like scrubbers, bonnet machines, wet vacuums, carpet extractors, Blind cleaning ultra Sonic machine, small vacuums, large vacuums, walk behind equipment, ETC.
· Other various job- related duties as assigned not limited to floor crew only task but general cleaning, trashing and restroom cleaning.
· Driving of company vehicles
· Maintain and clean assigned equipment
· Ability to follow directions
· Ability to abide by company policies and procedures
· Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
· Shampoo carpets
· Clean and sanitize the restroom
· Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Good Communication Skills
· Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and other pre-employment requirements as needed
· Must be a Citizen
Compensation and Benefits:

Job Type: Full-Time
4:00 p.m.- 12:30 am.m40 Hours per week
