Our client is an innovator in high reliability analog and mixed signal semiconductors with worldwide engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service facilities across Asia, Europe, and North America. The organization develops and produces amplifiers, attenuators, detectors, diodes, directional couplers, front-end modules, hybrids, infrastructure RF subsystems, mixers and demodulators, phase shifters, PLLs and synthesizers, VCOs, power dividers and combiners, receivers, switches, and technical ceramics. West Coast operations in Irvine include sales, operations, quality, and mobile transceiver design activities.

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

• Perform consolidations and general ledger activities for US and global entities.
• Execute cash reconciliations, prepare and post journal entries, and complete BlackLine reconciliations.
• Track postings and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
• Manage fixed asset processes, including monitoring reconciliations in Ariba and creating asset records.
• Support GL account reconciliations and cleanup of fixed assets and cash accounts.
• Leverage SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, and Ariba to execute transactional accounting tasks.
• Apply strong Excel skills to analyze data and maintain accurate schedules.

• Senior accountant level experience in consolidations and general ledger.
• Hands-on experience with cash reconciliations, journal entries, and BlackLine reconciliations.
• Experience managing fixed assets, including reconciliations and record creation in Ariba.
• Proficiency with SAP or SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, and Ariba.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with Accounts Payable to track postings and resolve issues.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week for a six plus month engagement.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
