Chief Retail Banking Officer
:
- Develop and execute the retail banking strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost management within the retail banking division.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving service quality, introducing other banking solutions to deepen their relationship, and optimizing the customer journey.
- Identify market trends and guide product development and implementation to provide profitable and competitive service offerings.
- Oversee risk assessment and ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of retail banking professionals.
- Set goals, provide regular feedback, develop training, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
- Build effective partnerships with other departments to drive profits, enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators, market trends, and financial results to senior management.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in retail banking, and 10 years in a senior management role.
- FINRA licenses is preferred
- Success with transformational initiatives and increasing employee engagement across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, foster collaboration, to drive results and change.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Sound understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Possess a forward-thinking approach to keep up with industry developments and apply innovative ideas to improve banking services.
The salary range for this full-time position is $250,000 - $350,000 + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
