Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. This includes experience with post-operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injury management, and therapeutic exercise progression.
• Experience with common outpatient equipment preferred, such as therapeutic modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation), therapeutic exercise equipment, and manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records required. Experience with various EMR systems preferred.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams required.
