BDR - Seed Startup
Title: Business Development Representative
Salary: $75K to $100K + Meaningful Equity + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (5 days/week)
Requirements: 1+ year outbound sales, CRM proficiency, SMB/hospitality experience preferred
About Us
Private events and catering are major revenue drivers, but most local restaurants and venues still rely on outdated manual processes. Our platform gives independent venues modern, user-friendly event management tools at an affordable price, leveling the playing field with large chains.
We are also expanding into a broader event services marketplace, connecting venues with DJs, florists, and other providers.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Business Development Representative experienced with:
- Outbound prospecting
- Building and optimizing sales processes
- Driving high-quality pipeline for Account Executives
- SMB and hospitality customers
Job Duties
- Use and improve the existing outbound playbook used by AEs
- Build the foundation of the BDR function: list creation, outreach optimization, A/B testing, and script iteration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and engineering
- Maintain organized and accurate data in HubSpot
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environmen

What You Need for This Position
- 1+ year outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/outside sales), SMB or hospitality preferred
- Proven success hitting or exceeding targets
- Experience using AI tools to improve performance
Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
