Fremont, CA

Long term Contract

Must-Have Skills:

• Strategic sourcing + complex negotiations (RFIs/RFQs, award decisions, closing MPAs/MSAs/SOWs; strong terms & conditions control).
• Supplier performance + cost/market analytics (scorecards, QBR metrics, should-cost models, cost + risk reporting).
• Robotics/automation + data/systems fluency (understand automation tech + supply chain integration; SAP/Oracle + SQL/BI to build/maintain supplier scorecards).

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent with 3-5 years of supply chain experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of Sourcing Management or Supply Chain Management experience in commercial sourcing roles.
• Proven analytical experience and demonstrated ability to guide teams to deliver results.
• Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance, including the use of cost models and objective-based performance measures, particularly in the semiconductor/memory commodity.
• Extensive experience in contracts and contract negotiations, including contract strategy development and execution, with a focus on agreement closure.
• Proficiency in robotics and automation, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and their integration with robotics technology.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Advanced supply chain ops depth (forecasting, qualification, allocation, materials, reliability/quality assurance).
• Robotics/AI commercial expertise (software licensing models; AI supplier requirements like telemetry, validation, rollback, incident response).
• Advanced degree / domain edge (MS/MBA; warehouse/logistics automation experience).
