Bilingual Accounting Specialist

IPG is looking for a Bilingual Accounting Specialist to play a pivotal role in our finance department.

Position Summary:
As a Bilingual Accounting Specialist at IPG, you will ensure the precision and efficiency of our financial operations, supporting the complex needs of high net-worth clients. This role is crucial in maintaining our financial integrity and aiding our continued growth.
Major Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing payroll data and handling payments across multiple entities.
- Financial Reporting: Supervise the creation of financial reports, participate in budgeting, and assist in tax preparation.
- Bank and Cash Management: Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and maintain banking relationships.
- Client Payments: Oversee client-related financial transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- General Accounting Duties: Maintain financial records, manage vendor relations, and ensure data accuracy.
- Audit and Compliance: Engage in audits and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Required bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PeachTree Sage or similar software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking ability, and teamwork skills.
