🕒 Morning, Swing & Graveyard Shifts Available
💲 $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)
👕 Uniforms Provided | Biweekly Pay

Position Overview

Dinasty Security is hiring Unarmed Flex Security Officers to support multiple sites throughout the Inland Empire. This position is ideal for individuals who are professional, dependable, and adaptable to different work environments.

Flex officers provide coverage for open shifts, special projects, call-offs, and vacations. You must be comfortable working at various locations and adjusting to different assignments as needed.

• Minimum requirement: 4 shifts per month

Job Duties

• Access control (screen and register visitors)

• Monitor and secure assigned property

• Conduct foot or golf cart patrols

• Log trucks, trailers, and containers

• Check seal numbers on shipments

• Write daily activity and incident reports

• Communicate with clients and management

• Provide professional customer service

• Observe and report suspicious or unsafe activity

Required Equipment

• Duty belt

• Handcuffs with holder

• Flashlight with holder

• Black tactical boots or patrol shoes (steel toe depending on site)

• Security badge

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Situational awareness

• Basic to intermediate computer skills

• Customer service experience

• Bilingual (preferred)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid California Guard Card (Required)

• Reliable transportation (required – multiple locations)

• Must pass background check

• Must be able to stand/walk for full shifts and lift 15–20 lbs

• Must be available weekends, weekdays, and holidays
