Coordinator, Supply Chain - Remote | WFH

What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our global mission to provide wheelchairs and other mobility equipment to those in need. You'll coordinate all aspects of our supply chain, from wheelchair collection and restoration to transport logistics, working closely with internal and external partners (both domestically and internationally).

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

Cross-training to become proficient in all three areas of our supply chain: wheelchair collection, restoration, and transport logistics.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners through excellent communication and customer service.
Preparing and processing weekly and month-end reports.
Supporting the distribution of resource materials for various outreach programs and initiatives.
Assisting with all aspects of new wheelchair procurement, from sourcing to shipment tracking.
Maintaining regular communication with restoration centers and collection stakeholders.
Updating project management tools with transport details to maintain the wheelchair shipment schedule.
Coordinating and tracking domestic and international shipments, obtaining regular status updates.
Ensuring timely processing of shipment verification reports.
Providing input for system and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Monitoring financial advances and preparing expenditure reconciliations.
Completing other duties and projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

What you'll bring to the table:

Associate Degree, equivalent work experience, or supply chain/logistics certification.
Two to three years of comparable process coordination experience.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and volunteers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet usage.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
