Responding to client support queries. Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access. Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting systems. Talking to clients through basic problem-solving processes. Providing basic computer training. Following up with clients. Completing support tickets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
