Payroll Specialist POST NUMBER: 449697
What You’ll Do:
Process multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Manage payroll-related transactions including new hires, terminations, garnishments, and deductions
Reconcile payroll reports, timesheets, and benefit deductions
Assist with payroll audits and year-end activities including W-2 processing
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, taxes, and deductions
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on reporting and data accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
2 years of payroll experience, with hands-on knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
Strong understanding of payroll compliance and multi-state payroll processing
High attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience with payroll reconciliations and audit support
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
