Job Summary:

Covered California is seeking an Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join their PROGRAM Team. In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to support various divisions and management, driving informed decision-making through research and data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide data-driven insights to support other divisions within Covered California, senior management, and external partners.

• Help shape key business decisions.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills sufficient to perform the duties described in the duty statement.

• Ability to apply knowledge of research methods, techniques, application of computerized models to research data; statistical and other methods used in the analysis; survey methods and analytical techniques, and operations research methods.

• Knowledge of computer and statistical programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SQL, Python, R, etc.) for data analysis, report writing, and slide presentations.

• Excellent writing skills and ability to compose clear and concise reports summarizing research findings and to make recommendations.

• Ability to apply creative and critical thinking skills to problem resolution.
