- Weekly Salary Range: $1800 - $1840 per week (estimated)

- Location: Santa Cruz, CA 95062 (California occupational therapy jobs)
- Start Date: September 4, 2025
- End Date: December 4, 2025
- Duration: 13 weeks (option to extend to 26 weeks)
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
- Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed minimum 32 hours)
- Productivity: 90% expected
- No On-Call Required
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California (required for California OT jobs)
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Experience with Rehab Optima electronic documentation (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation facility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient progress and maintain records using Rehab Optima (preferred)
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Meet productivity standards of 90% as required by the facility
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to patient care planning
