Marketer.com is the AI-powered marketing engine that’s making traditional agencies obsolete. They’ve cracked the code on fully automating marketing for Shopify stores—leveraging real-time data, intelligent targeting, and seamless omnichannel campaigns that deliver dream-level ROAS. They are at this point onboarding upwards of 100 new clients each month, and the growth curve is only accelerating.

Marketer.com is currently in the middle of relocating from Oslo, Norway, to San Francisco . To lead this charge, they’re now hiring a world-class Head of Growth .

This is not a “fix-the-funnel” type of job. Marketer.com already has:

• 100–200 new clients onboarding every month
• Profitable CAC and a scalable motion

But with 5 million Shopify stores globally, they’ve only scratched the surface.

They’re looking for someone who can own and scale growth at a global level—testing channels, building playbooks, leading teams, and establishing their SF-based Growth operation from day one.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Build and scale the global growth engine across all channels
• Run fast, iterative experimentation across paid, viral, outbound, partnerships and beyond
• Work closely with Product & Engineering to increase go-to-market speed
• Assemble and lead the Growth team in San Francisco
• Serve as a senior strategic leader during a critical phase of the company’s US expansion
