The Opportunity:

As Rubrik's Director of Global Campaigns , you will be responsible for designing, building, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver tangible business results. You will lead campaign strategy and execution, working closely with the global demand generation, digital, product marketing, creative, sales, and field marketing teams. Collaboration and communication skills are critical, as you will operate across multiple functions to launch integrated, strategically aligned campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and drive customer engagement.

What You'll Own

  • Campaign Strategy Leadership: Develop, execute, measure, and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, webinars, partners).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, digital marketing, field marketing, creative, PR, and customer marketing teams to launch cohesive campaigns.
  • Audience Segmentation Strategy: Identify and segment target audiences by personas, industry, and buying stages to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Performance Tracking & Communication: Establish measurable objectives/KPIs, communicating campaign effectiveness aligned with company goals and benchmarks.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Constantly analyze performance and market insights to iterate and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Mentor, manage, and develop a team of campaign marketing professionals to deliver best-in-class execution.
  • Annual Campaign Planning: Lead strategic yearly and quarterly campaign planning aligned with business objectives, customer insights, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in B2B marketing roles, preferably in campaign management, demand generation, or integrated marketing functions; SaaS and enterprise technology experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns that contributed significantly to pipeline growth.
  • Experience working closely with product marketing, sales, digital, and field marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce or similar tools).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US Pay Range $204,400—$286,400 USD
