This job requires the applicant to truly believe that the customer is the reason why this profession exists. We hire both full and part-time delivery driver positions to deliver packages.

We offer a Leader and Management program for Drivers seeking extra pay and responsibilities.

Routes originate from the Delivery Center in Elk Grove CA. Delivery vans are provided so you don't have to add mileage to your personal vehicles.

The responsibilities and requirements of the Delivery Driver job in Elk Grove are:

· Competitive drive and willingness to work hard and must be friendly and courteous to people of all backgrounds.

· Time management skills.

· Operate your delivery vehicle SAFELY at all times.

· Use handheld device for customer delivery information.

· Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.

· Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages. Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition.

· Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs. Packages) and get in and out of van, walk up and down stairs through your shift quickly throughout the day.

· Drive a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to residences and businesses.

Work Environment:

· Independent working environment, your delivery vehicle is your office.

Workdays:

· Sunday – Saturday (must be available to work one weekend day)

Approximate hours:

· Part time, full time available after attendance and performance review. We promote on a weekly basis!

· Normal working hours are 10hr shifts, 2-4 days weekly. More hours available during peak season, October through December. All shifts typically start around 10am

Uniform:

· Coastal Concord Logistics will provide uniforms

Basic Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years young with a valid, physical driver’s license. No temporary licenses or DMV receipts accepted.

· Subject to a pre-employment drug test.

· Pass a motor vehicle record check as determined by Coastal Concord Logistics LLC to be eligible to serve as a driver. Good Driving Record (No DWI, DUI or more than 2 points on your record).

· Must be a USA Citizen or have a valid and active working Visa. Identification must be provided at time of hire.

• MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH FOR SAFETY REASONS

Pay and Benefits:

· Competitive Incentives & Bonuses*

· Compensation includes base rate of$ 22/hour, and a weekly Performance Bonus of up to $0.50 per hour. Driver eligibility is determined on a weekly basis. The Performance Bonus is available to drivers who drive a route at least one day during the applicable delivery week.
