What You Will Do
  • Achieve: Effectively attain production goals by sorting, identifying, selecting, photographing and posting donated items for sale online. Properly pack and ship items sold on the auction site.
  • Support: Work multiple workstations to support the business while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, well-organized work and inventory storage area to maximize efficiency and control quality.
  • Communicate: Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and supervisors. Write an accurate and meaningful description of an item, focusing on details that would be helpful to a potential buyer and a demonstrated ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
To Be Successful You Will Have
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to meet or exceed daily production goals and work with a sense of accomplishment and urgency
  • Ability to perform functions on a PC computer
  • Current ability, or the ability to learn, to operate a digital camera
  • Ability to identify, or the ability to learn to identify unique, collectible, trending items to sell online
  • Proven ability to speak, read, write in English
  • Ability to take direction and work independently or work with minimal supervision
