Litigation Legal Assistant - Hybrid - 3 Days Remote!

This is an exceptional opportunity for legal professionals with 5+ years of labor & employment and civil litigation experience who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to a team of attorneys, helping drive the successful management of complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding client service. Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters.
• Handle federal and state e-filing for motions, briefs, and other court documents.
• Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines for multiple attorneys.
• Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
