B2B Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet and Commercial Accounts Administrator

• Assist our retail locations in processing national accounts and receiving payments.
• Manage B2B partnerships, facilitating service coordination and payment processing.
• Support the expansion of the company's B2B business by identifying new prospects and developing strategies to acquire their business.
• Handle accounting-related tasks and ensure accurate financial processing for national and fleet accounts.

Qualifications of a Fleet and Commercial Accounts Administrator

• Experience in automotive repair, national accounts, or accounting is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, computer-based office environment .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
