Overview
Registered Nurse – ER in an emergency department environment located in Los Angeles, CA. Start date: 08/17/2026 for an 8-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $2,329–$2,487. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours per week). This assignment is in a high-volume, acute care setting requiring strong clinical and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Perform ongoing assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, and document changes in condition.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, adjusting as needed based on patient response.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to ensure safe, effective care.
- Ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care across shifts and care teams.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Current BLS certification; ACLS as applicable per setting and policy
- 1+ year of ER or acute care nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Ability to meet credentialing and onboarding requirements, including background checks and health requirements
