Project Coordinator II (EHS Data Analyst)
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Administrative Data Analyst to support our team with data-driven insights and efficient coordination of business processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building user-friendly reports and dashboards, and supporting operational or compliance-based teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and manage operational, compliance, or safety-related data from internal systems and external sources
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual tools using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms
Provide administrative support such as document management, training recordkeeping, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional tasks
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis and present findings in accessible formats for leadership and stakeholders
Assist in preparing internal and external reports, including those required for audits, inspections, or compliance tracking (e.g., OSHA, ISO, internal KPIs)
Maintain accurate and organized systems for records, documents, and data entry
Coordinate with departments to support onboarding, data updates, and information sharing across platforms or systems
(Optional) Support EHS programs with data visualization, reporting on incidents, inspections, and corrective actions (CAPAs)
2+ years of experience in data analysis, administrative support, or business operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charting) and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related field)
Familiarity with EHS processes, platforms (e.g., Intelex, Enablon), or regulatory data tracking
Basic knowledge of Airtable, SQL or Python for data querying or automation
Experience supporting audits or compliance reporting
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, or construction)
