Internet Sales Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Internet Sales Manager position at Dutton Motor Company is a full-time sales position that specializes in the sale of motor vehicles. The position is based in Riverside, California and candidates must be ready to embrace the challenge of impressing the customers and selling our brand and dealership. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor responsible for representing the brand and that of the products in an effective, professional and customer friendly manner.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve existing customers in a professional and customer friendly manner
- Actively seek new potential customers
- Develop relationships with customers through follow up contacts
- Educate customers on the value of Dutton Motor Company’s vehicles
- Assist customers in the selection of right automobiles
- Thoroughly discuss the features and benefits of the vehicle
- Conduct sales negotiations
- Follow up for post-sale customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss sales results and strategies
- Accurately complete appropriate paperwork (sales orders, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of Internet experience in auto sales
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Must have the confidence to negotiate and close the sale
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
