Branch Manager

The Branch Manager at the Chico Branch will play a pivotal role in leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and staff to achieve branch goals
• Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling and ensuring high service quality
• Manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, and drive operational and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing and resolving service concerns promptly
• Recruit and onboard new team members as needed

Qualifications

• SPCB Branch Field Representative License (required)
• Qualified Applicator License (QAL) with Categories A, B, and M (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in operational or team management roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
