Motorcycle Shop Manager
- Lead and supervise all shop activities, including sales, service, parts, and repair operations
- Manage a team of technicians and support staffs to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee motorcycle repairs and maintenance services, ensuring quality standards are met using automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
- Coordinate inventory management for parts and accessories to optimize stock levels and availability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote motorcycle sales, accessories, and service packages
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term relationships
- Proven experience in motorcycle repair/shop management or a similar role in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
Hands-on experience as a mechanic or service technician with skills in motorcycle diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, parts. - Outstanding customer service abilities, with experience in upselling services and resolving complaints.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and record-keeping.
- Passion for motorcycles and the industry—someone who truly loves the shop and cares deeply about its success and profits.
