💼 About the Role

We’re seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive growth in power transformers, high-voltage equipment, and field services across North America — with a critical need for California .

You’ll represent the most dominant brand in the industry for:

• ⚡ Transformer services

• 🔌 High-voltage circuit breakers

• 🏗️ Substation services

• 🛠️ Field service contracts

• 🔧 Testing, maintenance, repair, and modernization solutions

Your mission is simple:
Build relationships. Win trust. Close deals. And grow a region with unlimited potential.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Drive sales of transformer and high-voltage services across utilities, EPCs, industrial clients, and energy organizations.

• Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

• Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and negotiate deals with confidence.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, field service, and leadership teams.

• Develop territory strategies and hit — or exceed — revenue targets.

🎯 What You Bring

• Proven, documented track record of exceeding sales quotas (required).

• 5+ years sales experience in power systems, transformers, substations, HV equipment , or related.

• Strong understanding of utility and industrial markets .

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Competitive, driven, and hungry to win.

• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
