Seeking a skilled plumbing installer

We're looking for a sharp, self-starting Plumbing Installer who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty, think on their feet, and take full ownership of their work. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on independence but knows the value of strong teamwork—especially with the support of a seasoned Lead Tech.

You’ll be out in the field, solving problems in real-time, handling installations with care and confidence, and making judgment calls that keep jobs running smoothly. No micromanaging here—just a clear mission, trust in your ability, and a team that’s got your back when you need it.

You love being in the field, solving puzzles, and turning chaos into clean installs. You’re not afraid to take the lead on a job, but you’re also open to feedback and guidance from those with more miles under their belt. Hours:

• Full-time (up to 40 hours per week)
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM start time
• Day shift and overtime available
• Occasional after-hours work as needed, work independently in the field while reporting to a Lead Technician
