Industry: Banking / Financial Services Location: Onsite w/some flexibility Compensation: $158,000 - $205,000 base salary Overview Highly visible finance leadership opportunity within a growing financial services organization. This position will lead financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, financial modeling, and strategic decision support while managing a team of finance professionals. The role serves as a key business partner to executive leadership and plays an important role in guiding financial performance, balance sheet strategy, and long-term business planning. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Own the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Oversee profitability analysis, KPI reporting, management reporting, and business performance analytics. Prepare executive and board-level financial presentations and reporting materials. Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth. Lead audit, regulatory, and financial governance support activities. Oversee financial reporting databases and reporting enhancements. Drive process improvements and finance-related special projects. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 10 years of progressive finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or financial management experience. Prior experience managing and developing finance teams. Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities. Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Proven track record partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions through financial analysis. Preferred Qualifications CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential. Experience within banking, credit union, or broader financial services environments. Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting. Background in profitability analysis, balance sheet management, and strategic financial planning.
