We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Immigration Support Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting wherever needed. Job Duties:

• Print, copy, scan, and manage documents as needed. Provide general administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and other team members.
• Prepare and organize mailing labels, packages, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize case files and immigration documents.
• Enter, update, and manage data in internal systems and case management software.
• Create and maintain logs and records for tracking purposes.
• Assist with immigration form preparation under the supervision of senior staff.
• Support senior paralegals with case-related administrative tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive immigration records.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior Experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Outlook, PDF and, ability to learn new software quickly.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to clarity and professionalism.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation, and file management.
• Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Salary: $19.00 per hour

We are a full-service Law and CPA firm based in 22 offices in USA and India. We do corporate, tax, immigration, litigation, employment, entertainment, real estate, intellectual property, family law, and mergers & acquisition work.
