Position Overview
As an In-Market D2D Sales Representative , you'll own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to consultation, proposal presentation, and closing new business.
You'll work directly with business owners, executives, and decision-makers, helping them identify challenges and opportunities while presenting solutions that can positively impact their organizations.
This is not an appointment-setting position. You'll be responsible for managing the entire customer journey and closing business.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Prospect local businesses through door-to-door outreach and community networking
Identify decision-makers and establish meaningful business relationships
Conduct needs assessments with business owners and leadership teams
Present consulting, coaching, and growth solutions tailored to client needs
Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
Follow up consistently throughout the sales process
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Negotiate and close new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
Build referral relationships and generate repeat business

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, door-to-door sales, business development, consulting sales, or account management preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with business owners and executives
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Goal-oriented and competitive mindset
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities
Experience using CRM systems is a plus
Reliable transportation required
