Position Overview

As an In-Market D2D Sales Representative , you'll own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to consultation, proposal presentation, and closing new business.

You'll work directly with business owners, executives, and decision-makers, helping them identify challenges and opportunities while presenting solutions that can positively impact their organizations.

This is not an appointment-setting position. You'll be responsible for managing the entire customer journey and closing business.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect local businesses through door-to-door outreach and community networking

  • Identify decision-makers and establish meaningful business relationships

  • Conduct needs assessments with business owners and leadership teams

  • Present consulting, coaching, and growth solutions tailored to client needs

  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects

  • Follow up consistently throughout the sales process

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals

  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals

  • Build referral relationships and generate repeat business

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, door-to-door sales, business development, consulting sales, or account management preferred

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to build rapport with business owners and executives

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Goal-oriented and competitive mindset

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus

  • Reliable transportation required
