Responsibilities
- Provide direct, bedside nursing care to Med Surg Tele patients, including telemetry monitoring and assessment
- Monitor telemetry data, interpret alarms, and respond promptly to patient needs
- Administer medications and IV therapies per orders; monitor for adverse effects and interactions
- Perform ongoing assessments, document in the Cerner EMR, and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rounding, care coordination, and discharge planning
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical policies; respond to emergencies as needed

Requirements
- California RN license (active)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Cerner electronic health record experience required
- 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (0700-1930) in an acute care setting
- Education: Completion of an approved nursing program (RN)
