The Role:

What They’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of solid M&A deal experience at a reputable law firm

• Strong academic background and top-notch writing/drafting skills

• A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work independently with clients

• Bar membership in the relevant state (or eligibility to waive in)
