Senior Product Designer
San Francisco Bay Area
Salary: $180K - $230K
Relocation available
Generous Benefits and Perks
We're partnering with a successful San Francisco team building real-time AI voice infrastructure, and they're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own the full lifecycle - from first principles to shipped product - using no-code and low-code tools. This is not about polishing interfaces. It's about building tools that enable fast-growing companies to deploy high-stakes, real-time AI interactions.

What You'll Do
- Own the visual and functional evolution of AI voice tools, ensuring they are both powerful and intuitive
- Partner closely with engineers to solve first-principles design challenges with no predefined playbook
- Translate complex AI capabilities into seamless, enterprise-ready user experiences
- Champion design quality internally, setting a high bar for execution across the organization
- Rapid Functional Prototyping: Build production-quality, data-driven prototypes in Framer or Webflow to test with real users, bypassing static clickable mockups
- Implement and manage design-ops automation using tools like Zapier or Make
- Collaborate with engineering on low-code handoffs, delivering clean structures, CSS classes, and scalable components
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong product intuition with a portfolio that demonstrates simplifying complex systems
- Startup mindset with the drive to operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
- Proven ability to collaborate deeply with developers to ship high-fidelity, production-ready work
- End-to-end ownership mentality - from research and concept through deployment
- 5+ years of product design experience, including hands-on experience shipping live products using no-code tools
- Expert proficiency in Figma and at least two no-code platforms such as Webflow, Bubble, or FlutterFlow
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML/CSS, APIs, and data structures
- Experience building scalable design systems that align directly with production environments
