HVAC Project Manager
HVAC Project Manager – San Francisco Bay Area
We are a large, growing mechanical contractor that works on some of CA’s biggest and best projects. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package as well as great career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC (wet and dry) Construction Projects that we have been awarded
- Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners
- Select and monitor Subs
- Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor
- Familiar with CA HVAC ASHRAE Codes and requirements
- Knowledge working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen / Accubid preferred
