Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager
Tesla’s Supply Chain team is seeking a Program Manager to support our growing Vehicle business. In this role, you will function as the key liaison between the Supply Chain organization and internal stakeholders including Tesla’s Executive Team, Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing. The Program Manager will work closely with the core Program/Project team to manage visibility on high value programs and communicate key milestones and goals with the rest of the Supply Chain organization. Additionally, the Program Manager will collaborate closely with their Supply Chain team members including Supply Chain Managers, Supplier Industrialization Engineers, Material Planners, and Logistics Managers across all commodities on behalf of Supply Chain leadership. You will bring stakeholders together to track key Supply Chain metrics to assure the timely and efficient execution of Tesla’s portfolio of projects. What You'll Do Represent the Supply Chain organization in meetings with Tesla’s Executive Team to provide updates on program status, highlight potential risks, and outline proposed solutions and mitigating stepsCreate presentations, data visualizations, and executive summaries to guide decision-making across the supply chain teamAnalyze and create a complete Supply Chain strategy for the program assigned to you, for the organization to follow during strategic decision-making tasksDevelop and maintain dashboards to track program status and communicate key project metrics to the broader organization including Engineering, Finance, and ManufacturingDefine and drive execution of Supply Chain metrics as well as all project requirements (from design readiness, sourcing progress, supplier readiness, status on program milestones, among others)Continuously monitor and measure project processes and activities to ensure no delays to the project and that potential risks are identified in a timely mannerManage project timelines and resources and ensure risk mitigation actions are identified and in place to ensure successful program launches What You'll Bring Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience; Engineering and other technical degrees are a plusAt least 5-10 years of experience in project management, consulting, or program management (Data Analytics, Automotive or Manufacturing experience is a plus)Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using, e.g., Power BI, Tableau (or similar)Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, and experience creating polished business presentationsStrong communication skills, including with executive or high management presenceHighly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced start-up technology environment and deliver excellent results Benefits
