RMA Coordinator
- Receive, inspect, and route all global returned materials to appropriate internal work centers on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with global Cutera entities and partners to ensure timely return of materials.
- Track and monitor outstanding RMAs; provide weekly metrics and reporting for global stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce past-due and open RMA cases.
- Apply best practices aligned with the three pillars of returns management: speed, visibility, and control.
- Implement and maintain controls to ensure timely and accurate return processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure aligned communication, efficient workflows, and a consistent RMA process.
- Accurately transact returned materials in SAP and Salesforce to maintain inventory integrity and system accuracy.
- Support additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as needed.
- Other duties as needed or required.
- AS degree or equivalent experience, with 1–3 years of inventory, materials management, or related operational support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including customer interaction and phone support.
- Previous experience with the RMA process preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is a plus.
