Project Manager – Hybrid Position Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Rosemead Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000/year We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate major capital engineering projects within the energy sector. This hybrid role requires two days per week on-site at an office or job site, with the remainder of the work conducted remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or geotechnical engineering , project management, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate project design, planning, resourcing, and scope of work preparation Oversee progress reporting, scope alternative analysis, and troubleshooting for major capital engineering projects Ensure project results meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements Plan, schedule, and budget resources effectively Review and evaluate technical project documents to identify gaps, errors, or areas for improvement Resolve technical conflicts and provide expert recommendations Ensure quality assurance (QA) of design and engineering outputs from both internal and external resources Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and a proactive approach Basic understanding of project scheduling Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to shifting priorities Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Required) Experience: 7 years in project management (Required) Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) in California (Preferred)
